Sponsored by Mary Burke and chosen by past marching members, alumni, and friends of the North East Color Guard Circuit.  We would like to recognize some of are youngest and up and coming performers.  To receive The Star Performer Award you must be a performer from the Novice or Cadet class that catches of the audience and displays their love and passion for the activity.  These young performers are the future generations of this activity in our circuit and the Marching and Spinning Arts!  We all looking forward to watching them grow over the next several years
